1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Not be a custom-made, engraved, or resized product (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).

Have a valid proof of purchase from Kahaan Jewels.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Items that have been resized, altered, or engraved.

You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Final sale or clearance items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team at info@kahaanjewels.com with your order details and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the return shipping process and provide a return authorization number (RAN).

Securely package the item and include all original packaging, receipts, and certificates

Ship the package via an insured and trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your request.
4. Refund Process
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, insurance costs, and any non-refundable charges are not included in the refund
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance.
- If the item is found damaged, altered, or missing components, a partial refund or rejection may apply.
5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, please initiate a return as per the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

- Provide photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but can be returned according to our return policy.
